J2 Athletic performance offers a wide range of gym programming options to clients both in person and online.
Our programs offer highly individualised and specific training based off an in-depth initial assessment to understand your goals, lifestyle, training preferences, training age and previous injury.
These programs run for a minimum of 8 weeks but can be increased depending on your goals or upcoming events. J2 athletic performance programs are currently run through TrueCoach application, available through all app stores, meaning high level training is just a click of a button away. This app allows an interactive approach to your training with demonstration videos, athlete data entry and an interactive messaging feature that allows us to monitor progress and make changes to your program as needed.
We believe that everyone needs structure and individualisation to their training no matter their goal. Having a specific plan allows you to be accountable for your daily training and means to can rest assured you are maximising every session.
