J2’s very first 6-week strength, fitness and wellness program.

At J2 we have never been a fan of ‘Challenges.’ So this is something different.

We designed this program with the goal in mind to help busy people get back on track with their health and fitness, but not just stopping there. We want you to take more than just strength and fitness from this program.

We aim to help you:

  • Move Well: Learn the fundamentals of proper movement techniques that enhance your strength, function and reduce the risk of injury.

  • Understand When to Move and Rest: Identify the optimal times to push your limits and allow your body to recover, ensuring sustainable progress.

  • Train for Your Lifestyle: Tailor your training regimen to fit seamlessly into your busy schedule, enabling you to stay consistent and motivated.

  • Recover Effectively: Discover strategies for effective recovery that will help you bounce back stronger and maintain your progress.

  • Increase Robustness and Longevity: Engage in physical activities that not only build strength but also promote long-term health and vitality.

Our hope is that with this comprehensive approach, you will gain not just strength and fitness but also elevate your confidence in yourself and your body. You will feel energised and invigorated towards your health and fitness journey.

What’s included?

  • Initial consult with movement screen & goal setting.

  • 1x one to one 60min PT per week (6 total).

  • 6-week Strength and Fitness plan (Home or gym friendly).

  • One group session per week (6 total, time TBC).

  • Weekly check ins for accountability.

  • Gym access if required (Off peak).

  • J2’s recovery & resilience guide.

Whats the investment?

  • $399 once off payment or $70 per week ($420).
